Northern Arapaho Tribal Industries
Duties: Under the general supervision of the Northern Arapaho Tribal Industries (NATI) Manager performing duties related to customer service, communication and representing NATI with consultants, federal agencies and suppliers. Duties include invoicing, customer support, tracking sales, and reporting sales activities to management.
• Invoicing suppliers for contacts awarded to NATI in Hardware.
• Tracking sales with marketing and sales consultants on a daily basis and informing management of the status of sales activities.
• Communicating and assisting consultants as required with information and documentation requested for supplier status and other activities.
• Tracking sales activities of consultants and reporting to management.
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales in coordination with consultants.
• Provide support for consultants as required for sales including marketing information and promotional materials.
• Provide information for quotations on hardware and services contracts with the U.S. government.
• Coordinate processing of purchase orders with consultants and customers as required.
• Answering telephone as required.
• Will attend training in customer service with consultants.
Qualifications: Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge including spreadsheets, Microsoft word, and email. Must be able and willing to learn customer service skills for selling of Hardware, Web, and other services to government customers.
